It is SO NICE to hear from you. I hope you are doing well, I will definitely venture over to your grounds (both of them!) to read about your latest adventures. Nothing like the summer to make you want to start blogging all over again!

My yoga teacher taught us the totally watered down version of the dive-bomber pushup, ha ha:) Basically you go into a full cobra and snakes back up rather than keeping your stomach above ground. The most pitiful thing to look at *sigh*. But I'll hopefully get to do a real one some day!

I actually tried to do a modified version of this the other evening although I don't know how successful I was. It reminds me of the transition in the sun salutation between downward dog and cobra (does this mean anything to you?). But it was really freakin' hard doing that over and over! I actually dropped to the ground after 5 -- my arms totally gave out of me! Oy! Yeah, upper body strength isn't my thing...gotta work on that.

What a tricep push-up?
No wait, I take that back -- what's the difference between a tricep and bicep push-up? I mean, don't normal push-ups work both muscles??
